Shipping policy

Delivery Area
We deliver standardly within Germany.

Shipping Carriers
Shipping is carried out depending on the product via our logistics partners DHL, DPD, or UPS.

Delivery Times
Germany: approximately 2–5 business days
The period begins upon conclusion of the contract; for prepayment, upon receipt of payment. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Costs
Germany: €4.90 per order (including VAT).
For orders with a value of €100.00 or more, delivery within Germany is free of charge.
Note: Any differing shipping costs for freight goods, if applicable, are indicated on the respective product page.

Partial Deliveries
If an item is temporarily unavailable, reasonable partial deliveries may be made. No additional shipping costs will be charged for partial deliveries.

Tracking
After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number for online tracking.

Undeliverable Shipments
If delivery is not possible due to reasons within your responsibility (e.g., incorrect address, failure to pick up), you will bear the costs of reshipping as well as any return costs charged by the carrier. Your right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
