Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.

Instructions on Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or

  • in the case of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately: from the day on which you took possession of the last good, or

  • in the case of delivery of goods in multiple partial shipments or pieces: from the day on which you took possession of the last partial shipment or piece.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
(Note: If you also sell “freight goods,” please add an estimated cost here, e.g., “For goods that cannot normally be returned by post (freight goods), the return costs are expected to be no more than XX.XX € per item.”)

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods that was not necessary to check their nature, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal (optional, recommended – as offered in your shop)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are produced according to consumer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs;

  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;

  • for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
    (Other statutory exceptions according to § 312g (2) BGB should only be added if relevant – e.g., unsealed audio/video recordings/software.)
